Margaux Martin-Jarand

Margaux is a Regenerative Tourism Specialist at Synergy Enterprises, where she supports tourism organizations in integrating sustainability and regenerative practices across the visitor experience. Her work focuses on aligning environmental stewardship with business value, helping tourism operators move beyond compliance toward meaningful, place‑based impact.

Margaux holds a Post‑Degree Diploma in Applied Tourism & Hospitality Management from Camosun College, as well as a double master’s degree in Communications and Corporate Journalism from French institutions. Prior to joining Synergy, she worked as a Sustainability Coordinator at a hotel on Vancouver Island, where she supported the implementation of a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Outside of work, Margaux enjoys surfing and paddling along the Pacific Rim coastline and participating in beach and land clean‑ups.
