Kira Rochefort is the Chief Financial Officer at Synergy Enterprises, where she works at the intersection of sustainability and finance to support transparent, values‑driven decision‑making. With a background in environmental studies and political science, Kira brings a systems‑thinking perspective to financial leadership, grounded in the belief that sound financial stewardship is essential to achieving meaningful corporate sustainability goals.

After completing her undergraduate studies, Kira earned her CPA designation in 2016 while working in a client services role. As both a CPA and a business owner, she understands the importance of clear, accurate financial reporting and thoughtful analysis that supports long‑term value creation. Kira is known for her client‑centred approach, integrity, and ability to translate financial information into insights that empower organizations to move forward with confidence.

Beyond her role at Synergy, Kira serves as Treasurer of the Synergy Foundation, supporting its mission to advance collaborative climate action. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in her garden, hiking the trails around Victoria, and baking with her family.
