Kayla Klym is a Project Manager at Synergy Enterprises, where she supports sustainability and carbon‑related projects, drawing on a strong foundation in research, coordination, and systems thinking. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography, Resource Management, and Urban Economics from the University of Victoria.
Kayla began her career at UVic, contributing to interdisciplinary research labs through lab coordination, administrative support, and project assistance. During this time, she supported renewable energy research, including community‑based projects in British Columbia. Kayla joined Synergy in 2023 as a Project Coordinator and transitioned into the Project Manager role in 2024.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys running along the ocean, collecting beach glass, and sampling vanilla lattes around Victoria.
