Her career journey spans higher education, entrepreneurship, and restaurant management, experiences that have shaped her strong foundation in hospitality, team development, and the creation of inclusive, high‑functioning workplaces. At Synergy, she is energized by opportunities to strengthen organizational processes, build workforce capacity, and support the team delivering meaningful climate action.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys yoga, reading, walking through Beacon Hill Park, and spending time with friends on dog‑friendly patios.
