Arctica Cunningham

Arctica Cunningham is the Director of Client Services at Synergy Enterprises, where she works closely with organizations to translate sustainability goals into practical, credible action. She brings a thoughtful, client‑centred approach to carbon accounting, emissions reduction planning, and the development of sustainability tools that support long‑term impact.

At Synergy, Arctica leads and supports GHG inventory assessments, carbon reduction strategies, and client deliverables, ensuring work is both technically rigorous and grounded in each client’s unique context. She is known for her curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to build strong, trusting relationships that empower clients to take ownership of their climate journey.

Before joining Synergy, Arctica worked with the Prince George Chamber of Commerce, conducting carbon footprint assessments for local businesses. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Political Science from the University of Northern British Columbia.

Originally from Northern BC, Arctica now calls Victoria home. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, gardening, and baking treats for friends and family.
