Our Impact

At Synergy, we believe businesses have the power to reverse climate change, and we are committed to leading by example in our operations and beyond. We collaborate with leading NGOs and international initiatives. In addition, our team has founded non-profits and charities that are leading in community sustainable development.

SYNERGY ENTERPRISES

Synergy Foundation

Founded in 2013 by the Synergy team alongside passionate community leaders, the Synergy Foundation was established to lead the transition towards a regenerative economy. They have supported hundreds of businesses through innovative projects and forward-thinking initiatives and transformed promising ideas into impactful actions.

Core Focus Areas

They are dedicated to helping communities and SMEs adopt circular economy practices and advance sustainable business operations. Their mission is to catalyze change and guide our communities and local economies toward a more regenerative future through the following core pillars:

CHARITY PARTNER

FED Urban Agriculture

Synergy’s partners, Heidi Grantner and Jill Doucette, worked with Calen McNeil and the team at Big Wheel Burger to create a charity dedicated to urban food systems.

Now a Charity operating for 12 years, FED Urban Agriculture remains our charity partner. Donations we make to FED provide sustainably grown food to those in need.

FED is transforming the way our community connects with sustainable, local food. Through innovative urban agriculture projects, they turn underutilized spaces into thriving growing hubs—providing fresh, healthy produce to those who most need it. Their work enhances food security, strengthens local resilience, and fosters a more regenerative future.

CO-FOUNDERS

IMPACT

IMPACT is a pioneering conference co-founded by Jill Doucette, dedicated to shaping a regenerative future for tourism. This annual event brings together destination organizations, tourism operators, academics, policymakers, clean tech leaders, and other key stakeholders to drive meaningful change.

IMPACT fosters collaboration and action-oriented discussions on sustainable tourism practices, creating a blueprint for a more regenerative industry.
