A New Synergy Initative
We are excited to announce the launch of Synergy Academy! This new learning initiative offers sustainability training for employees, making sustainability knowledge accessible and actionable for today’s business community.
The content is built on Synergy’s decades of hands-on experience helping organizations lead in sustainability. With practical, expert-led corporate sustainability training, we equip professionals, executives, and emerging leaders to integrate sustainability into their operations, strategy, and decision-making processes.

Sustainability Training for Employees
The philosophy behind Synergy Academy is rooted in our belief that knowledge is a catalyst for action. Our goal is always to make a lasting impact. To empower climate action and promote regenerative business, one learner and one organization at a time. With this in mind, every course and workshop inspires practical change while building the skills and confidence needed to navigate today’s complex sustainability challenges.
We offer real-world learning drawn from our extensive work with organizations advancing climate action, ESG, and regenerative business models. Our programs foster connection through guest speakers, activities, live Q&As, and exclusive invitations to Synergy-hosted events. We aim to ensure that learning extends beyond the classroom and into real-world applications.
The launch begins with select pilot courses and live sessions, open to a limited group of participants. This early phase enables us to refine our programs and improve their effectiveness. This way, we maintain the high-value, actionable insights for which Synergy is known.
Fall 2025 Intake Now Open
We have a long track record in the tourism industry. We’ve worked with a range of stakeholders (from small and medium tourism businesses to public organizations) on a diverse spectrum of collaborative projects. For this reason, we are launching the Academy with two pilot courses tailored to the tourism industry.
To start, each course comprises five modules, designed for destination management organizations and tour operators. Classes start on September 10th, with a bi-weekly cadence. These virtual, hands-on sessions equip participants with the tools and strategies to integrate sustainability into their operations and leadership practices.
